Traditional Fashion Commerce Platform
Fashion retailer · Sylhet, BangladeshE-commerce Platform2026
A full-stack e-commerce platform for traditional Bangladeshi clothing — server-rendered storefront, a separate admin panel, and a custom REST API, built around cash-on-delivery checkout for the local market.

01 — Challenge
A Sylhet-based retailer of premium Panjabi and Kurta traditional wear needed a complete online sales channel for the Bangladeshi market — a market where cash on delivery, not card payment, is the dominant checkout method, and where customers browse in both Bengali and English.
02 — Approach
We engineered three coordinated surfaces: a server-rendered Next.js storefront for fast, indexable product pages; a separate admin application on its own subdomain for catalog and order management; and a custom Express REST API serving both. Authentication uses JWT access and refresh tokens, product media is managed through Cloudinary, and the MongoDB Atlas cluster runs in the Mumbai region — close to the customer base.
